I’m going to be honest with you – I’m just “okay” at baking. I’m a mediocre baker! I’m a self-taught, “I want brownies now!” baker. Sometimes my cakes are under-baked. I don’t have enough patience for sourdough. But I can promise you this: my recipes are straightforward and delicious, and will provide (nearly) instant gratification to all you okay bakers out there!
I’m a tech bro by day and a baker by night – I bake because I love chocolate and lemon and warm gooey goodness, and now I’m blogging to share this love with you!
